When does the party start?

Doors to the Haunted Hotel VI will open at 8pm on October 26, 2019. The party will end at until 2am.

Is this event age restricted? Do I need to show ID?

Haunted Hotel VI is a 21+ event. Valid photo identification must be present when entering. Valid forms of identification include:

• State Issued Driver’s License
• State Issued Identification Card
• Government Issued Passport

Is there a refund policy?

All tickets are purchased on a no refunds, exchanges or cancellations basis and are only usable for the day, date and time selected at the time of purchase. Event will be held rain or shine.

Where can I park during the event?

Aloft Orlando Downtown is located at 500 S. Orange Ave, Orlando FL 32801. it is easily accessible from I-4 and 408. Aloft Orlando makes paring and getting in and out of Downtown so much easier. Valet parking is available to Guests and party goers. A Parking garage is located across the street from the venue at 460 Boone Ave. We recommend booking a room at Aloft Hotel to help make the event even more enjoyable! Hotel guests with room reservations on Saturday 10/26 will receive two (2) tickets to Haunted Hotel! You can book your reservations by calling (407) 380-3500. Aloft Tampa Downtown is located at 100 W. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa FL 33602. It is beautifully located Downtown with its newly remodeled patio overlooking the River Walk. Valet parking is available for Guests and party goers. A parking garage is located near the venue at 400 N Ashley Dr., Tampa, FL 33602 and 155 E Washington St, Tampa, FL 33602.

What should I wear?

This is a Halloween Party! Costumes are highly encouraged, but not required.

What can I bring into the event?

For the comfort and safety of everyone, please do NOT bring the following items to the event:

• Outside food and beverages (including alcohol, cans and bottles)
• Weapons of any kind (guns, knives, explosives of any kind)
• Illegal drugs
• Pets – Service animals are acceptable as long as they are leashed at all times

Security will be on hand during the event.

If I leave, can I return to the party?

Once in the party, your ticket has been scanned and you will not be allowed to re-enter the event unless you are a hotel guest with a room reservation.

What if it rains?

Haunted Hotel VI will take place rain or shine.

Is there designated smoking area?

Although Aloft Orlando Downtown is proudly smoke-free (including vape and e-cigarettes) inside the building, during the event there will be a designated smoking section for those who need it. This section will permit smoking of cigarettes, vape pens and e-cigarettes. Cigars will not be permitted.

Aloft Tampa Downtown is a completely smoke-free (including vape and e-cigarettes) environment. No designated smoking section will be available during the event.

Can I bring my gun with me, even if it registered?

No. Guests are not permitted to have firearms, ammunition, knives or weapons of any kind at the event. This includes any registered firearms.

Where can I purchase my tickets?

Tickets can be purchased through the Haunted Hotel Eventbrite Websites.

Is there any group, service industry or military discount?

No. All tickets are one price and there are no additional offers, discounts or specials available.

I have a room reservation at Aloft that weekend, can I come to the party?

YES! The more the merrier! If you have a room reservation booked for the night of Haunted Hotel, you will receive two (2) tickets to Haunted Hotel VI. If more than two (2) are in your reservation, additional tickets can be purchased. Tickets are only available for age 21+ on room reservation.

Are drinks included with my ticket purchase?

Drinks are not included with ticket purchase. Drink specials will be available that night.
